"WALK & TALK CONSULTATION"
This 45-minute on-site consultation consists of verbal recommendations made by Richard Fry, who holds degrees in both ornamental horticulture and environmental science.( North Carolina Registered Landscape Contractor #678). This basic consultation provides analysis of your environmental conditions which will enable the proper choice of suitable plant material matched to the site. You are invited to visit our nursery where we will be delighted to show you the recommended plants and should you desire alternatives we will make suitable substitutions based on the original environmental recommendations. We are pleased to provide a quotation for all or a portion of the suggested landscape design. The client is encouraged to take notes, record or video tape during the visit for future reference.

Choice II
"WALK & TALK with LANDSCAPE SKETCH" CONSULTATION
This consists of the basic 45-minute "Walk & Talk" consultation, plus an additional 45 minutes to design and draft a two dimensional conceptual landscape sketch of one specific area approximately 35 feet x 40 feet in dimension.
Though not to scale, this basic sketch allows most homeowners the opportunity to garner multiple landscape quotes or to use as a ‘road map’ for installation.
Fee: $150.00 minimum ($75.00 basic fee plus $75.00 per area (public, private or service).
Choice III
FORMAL LANDSCAPE PLAN AND PROPOSAL
We offer this robust avenue of design approach to the client that has needs not achieved by our original “Walk and Talk” consultation. Possibly a full scale drawing of the landscape is warranted or a drawn plan has been designed by others that is unacceptable to the client and a new conceptualization is desired. In this case, the original $75.00 ‘Walk and Talk’ fee will be credited to the additional hourly survey and/or design fees, billable at $45.00 per hour. The more detail provided by our clients, such as to scale surveys, the more our efforts will be expedited.
Range: $350.00 - $750.00; fee based upon size and complexity.
